General

Q: How do I sign up for one of the pools?

A: First you have to register on the site, and then click on one of the 'sign up' links found in the 'current pools' box, or throughout the site.

Q: How do I pay for my team?

A: You can send an email money transfer, paypal (you'll have to add $1 to cover paypal fees), or sending a cheque to the address listed on the site info page. Be sure to include your team name(s) and/or what pools you are paying for.

Q: Can I have more than one team in a pool?

A: You can. They have to be set up on a separate account though.

SublimeWeb Cup

Q: What order do the pools go in for a SublimeWeb Cup season?

A: The season is set by the year the pool finishes in, so it goes in this order of start: football, hockey, nascar, playoff hockey. The football and hockey pools for 2008/2009 count towards the 2009 SW Cup.

Q: I have teams on two accounts, can I mix and match which teams I want to go towards my SW Cup totals?

A: Sure can't. The SW Cup standings are based on the account, and cannot be transferred to another account.

Hockey

Q: I've already picked my team...now how do I change the players on my team before the deadline?

A: There is a link at the bottom of your list of players on the 'my team' page. You can change your team there as often as you like until the deadline.

Football

Q: How do I change my pick each week

A: Go to the 'This Week' link and if the deadline hasn't passed there will be a drop down with the available team for that week. Select the one you want and click 'Update'.

Q: I'm going away for a week, is there any way I can make next week's pick ahead of time.

A: On the 'This Week' page there is a list of the weeks at the top. Select the week you want to pick for and then go ahead and make your selection. This can be done all the way up until the playoffs start, when teams are only entered week to week.

Nascar

Q: There is a driver I want to choose, but he is not on the list to select from. Can I still select him, and how much will he cost?

A: It is possible that we missed some drivers who will be running a part or full time slate of races. If there is someone this applies to and you want them on your squad, please contact us at LEAST 2 weeks prior to the deadline to have them added to the list, to give the other participants the chance to select them as well. Their salary will most likely be under $500 000 unless it is a previously successful driver coming out of retirement.

Q: If another driver subs in for my driver for an entire race, do I get the points for the car?

A: You only get the points for your driver, so if your driver is running a part time schedule, or sitting out a race for any reason (injury, illness, personal reasons, etc.) you miss out on points for those races.

Q: If another driver subs in for my driver during a race, do I get the points for the car?

A: Yes, in this case you would recieve the points the car earns for it's finish. (It happened earlier this season when Earnhardt Jr. ran a few laps in the 5 of Kyle Busch and picked Kyle up some extra points)
