Hockey Pool
The regular season hockey pool is a box style pool, with players listed 5 to a box, and you select one player from each box. Each team is comprised of 21 skaters and 3 goaltenders. Scoring is based on goals & assists for all players, as well as wins and shutouts for goalies. The team with the most points at the end of the regular season is the champion.
Playoff Hockey Pool
The playoff hockey pool is a little different than the regular season pool. Each conference has a list of players eligible to be chosen, four forwards and 2 defensemen from each NHL playoff team. From those groups, each team will consist of 6 forwards and 4 defensemen from each conference. Scoring is based on goals & assists for all players. The team with the most points at the end of the playoffs is the winner.
Football Loser Pool
Each week through the Super Bowl, pick one team to lose. If they lose, you pick up points! Each team has a corresponding point value, which gets added to your total if you correctly pick them to lose. Most points after the big game takes the title! The points correspond to the teams finish in the previous season. Taking the defending champs to lose, and being correct would earn you 32 points, the last place team would only earn you 1 point.
Nascar Salary Cap Pool
You have $10,000,000 to spend to assemble an 8 driver team. Driver 'salaries' are based on performance in prior seasons. Scoring is based on the Sprint Cup points system, awarding points according to finish, leading a lap and most laps led. The team with the most points at the end of the season is the winner. There are a few 'bonus' races as well, with a prize for the top scoring team in that race.
